Associate Director of Commissioning Support- NHS CSU- M4 corridor

Looking for an experienced Associate Director working in the NHS for an initial 3 month contract. This role will be based within the M4 corridor and will require travel to various sites.

Key Skills

*The postholder will develop effective strategy and operational policies for promoting innovation across Cluster and Sector. Working closely with colleagues across the sector, ensuring coherent strategy and will:
*To develop and deliver the agreed service level agreements for commissioning support services with customers;
*To deliver commissioning support services to customers ensuring a positive customer satisfaction of the quality of services provided;
*To maintain business income with customers and support identification and development of new business income from existing and new customers;
*To ensure delivery of the service improvement plans for the services provided to names customers across the CSU;
*To lead the professional development of staff working under their management;
*To lead the overall team - providing clear visible leadership to the customer and within the CSU.
