You will immediately get to provide direct project and team oversight, while given the chance to train, mentor, and develop other employees.

Other day-to-day tasks will include:

*Providing technical leadership and project management for technical aspects supporting Oncology clinical trial activities.
*You will be managing the performance and development of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
*Conducting performance appraisals for team members.
*You will get to strategize for the structure and development of the biostatistics team.

Requirements for this position:

*PHD in relevant discipline
*Excellent English communication skills are essential
*Previous experience managing a technically focused team
*Extensive Oncology Clinical Trial experience
