Our client is a leading provider of Information Technology, consulting and business process outsourcing services and they are looking for an Associate Director in Field Marketing to work in Central London.

This role is to lead Field Marketing for several private sector industry verticals in the UK (Banking and Financial Services, Insurance) and is responsible for setting the strategic vision, management and execution of programmes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide value-added input into concept development, budgeting, implementation and performance measurement for all Financial Services and Insurance UK marketing programmes.
- Prioritise and execute joint marketing and communications with Financial Services and Insurance highest priority clients that have been identified in the vertical business strategy and sales plans.
- Provide marketing counsel to UK leadership regarding integrated marketing, including image, relationship development, competitive analysis, buyer values, alliance dialogues and lead generation.
- Advise sales teams on ways to leverage and promote the integrated marketing & sales function to secure the sale, thereby providing a unique and differentiated proposition for sales teams, delivering business value and outcomes to clients.
- Link closely with the global/European Field Marketing function in sharing and promoting marketing tools and credentials.
- Create and develop marketing collateral and ensure a localised content pipeline eg industry speeches, presentations, handouts, fact sheets, videos, credentials, thought leadership and PoVs and externally approved credentials and references to secure the sale.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

- Experience in professional services B2B marketing and business development within the relevant industries.
- Deep and proven understanding of the consulting, technology and outsourcing industries, both within the UK and internationally.

GENERAL FIELD MARKETING KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- Strong business acumen and knowledge of business and overall business strategy.
- Thorough understanding and skills in strategic Field Marketing and deep industry expertise is vital.
- Thorough understanding and ability to apply marketing concepts, branding and message development skills.
- Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace.
- Strong project management skills.
- Budget management and financial reporting skills.
- Passion for well-executed deliverables in support of business strategy.
