Associate Director HEOR (Health Economics & Outcomes Research)

An Associate Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research is needed for an exciting position with our burgeoning team. We are a HEOR solutions provider with an extensive array of industry clients and we are looking to grow and bring on someone with client facing experience.

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop Findings and Recommendations: Uses information and data collected to prepare specific findings and recommendations that meet client requirements.

* Review Summaries: reviews and edits draft summaries prepared by project team.
* Develop Findings and Recommendations: Uses information and data collected to prepare specific findings and recommendations that meet client requirements.
* Provide Leadership: work within the consulting division, and across CMA, to participate in strategic discussion.
* The Associate Director is expected to travel to meet with clients and must be able to work on evenings and weekends as necessary to meet project schedules.

* Prepare Proposal: Prepares and reviews proposals for consulting services following standard formats used for previous engagements.

Job Qualifications:

* Health economic analysis, particularly as it relates to designing and implementing prospective studies.
* Strong written and oral communication, problem solving, and organization skills.
* Understanding of the fundamental principles of statistics, analysis, and review.
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple activities at one time and meeting short deadlines with little notice.
* Works effectively in a team environment and is able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
