Associate Claims Resolution Representative Job

ASSOCIATE CLAIMS RESOLUTION REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SANTA ROSA, CA.

- Customer service in a call center setting experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Answer inbound customer calls regarding new and existing service request
- Assist in understanding and evaluating warranty coverage
- Process claims for homeowners and assist with warranty coverage inquiries
- Create work items from claims and/or work orders
- Cancel or re-open claims or work orders
- Provide homeowners with all relevant information pertaining to the contract, claims or work order
- Handle various dispatch activities
- Resolve homeowner and contractor scheduling conflicts
- Be given the chance to progress through the organization at a rapid pace, depending on your aptitude and open positions

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Typically has zero to two (0-2) years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Ability to overcome objections
- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Good stress tolerance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Assessments may be associated with the hiring process
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi task, prioritize and follow up
