Assistant To Quality Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quality professional with managerial experience to join a growing healthcare organisation based in the West Midlands.

The successful candidate will assist the Quality Assurance Manager in all activities including:

- Testing raw materials and finished product for conformance to specification
- Update and maintain appropriate procedures and documentation
- Report non-conformities and ensure appropriate action is taken with suppliers
- To provide administration of concession and quarantine processes
- To liaise with customers regarding product / service issues
- To provide assistance to the quality manager in the management of the QC personnel

The QA Assistant will assist in the day to day running of the quality management system and create a positive relationship with customers / suppliers.
