£34 to £37 per hour

A local authority which is located in South East England, is paying an excellent rate for a motivated Assistant Team Manager (ATM) to join their team on a 3 months contract. As a non-caseholding role, this position offers you the chance to focus your attention on the quality of the services provided.

You will be working alongside the Team Manager in order to supervise a dedicated team of Social Workers on a daily basis. You will also cover the absence of the Team Manager and offer support to the team, so this is an great chance for you to gain more managerial experience.

For this position you will ideally have at least 2 years supervising experience and recent experience in a Looked After Children or Leaving Care Team.

The pay for this position is ranging from £34 to £37 per hour depending on experience.
