Assistant Scientist (Part-Time)

Projektbeschreibung
- The successful candidate will be given initial training and is expected to apply his/her scientific knowledge to facilitate cancer research and drug discovery in a laboratory setting.
- Responsibilities may include but not limited to: assist with mammalian cell culture and cell based assays
- Assist with computer-based data acquisition and analysis; aseptic technique
- Making solutions, pipetting, dilutions and molarity calculations
- Following protocols and record keeping.
- Position involves additional duties involving general lab maintenance (ordering, stocking, reagent preparation, etc).

QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic laboratory skills with general cell and/or molecular biology background required.
