Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The project you will be required to work on is a £200m+ retail new build development in West Yorkshire. It is essential therefore that you have worked for a main contractor before on large scale design and build projects, and ideally, those within the retail sector of construction.

You will be responsible for working alongside a commercial team and will be expected to carry out the full surveying duties for the company with regards to the critical role of managing costs and in identifying money making, and saving opportunities. You will be a flexible, personable and professional individual driven by a desire to succeed, and with the ability to work on your own initiative.

This project will look to begin in the coming weeks and is looking to be on site for approximately 2 years, and so a fantastic opportunity for a contract with consistency and longevity.
