Proven success in a marketing role, internally or within a relevant external environment

Previous experience of working effectively on a day to day basis with external agencies

Prior experience of successfully delivering projects/campaigns within timescales, budget and to agreed objectives

Excellence in building relationships with external and internal stakeholders - Experience in CREDIT CARD products or FINANCIAL SERVICES

The role:

-

Understand and support the delivery of an agreed marketing plan for specific activities to drive commercial objectives in support Credit Cards acquisition, cross sell, trigger and on boarding
-

Manage the timely delivery of a range of specific marketing initiatives, liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners, securing the required approvals and providing the necessary reporting
-

Managing day to day business relationships with key stakeholders across RBS

-

Work with marketing stakeholders to ensure full close alignment with brand and channels during campaign activity
-

Effective prioritisation and resource allocation between related projects
-

Deliver evaluation and reporting on marketing initiatives to support decision making
-

Define targeting criteria for campaigns

-

Drive maximum efficiencies and effectiveness in order to achieve commercial objectives and continually seek new and innovative ways to get maximum value from every pound invested
