Responsibilities:
* Assist Driller in the performance of their duties
* Ensure the safe and efficient control of all operations on the drilling floor
* Ensure the safety of the drill crew and all support personnel
* Proper care and maintenance of the equipment used on the drill floor and structure
* Perform rig up and down, and proper nipple up and down procedures
* Assist Driller in supervision and coordination of the activities of the drill crew
* Provide relief for the Driller, derrickhand, and floorhands as necessary
