Assistant Director - Children's Services

We are urgently seeking an interim manager to take up the post of Assistant Director for Children's Services. Your role will be to drive performance improvement across Commissioning Services.

This London Borough need someone who is going to develop the strategic direction of the services, involving;

- Performance analysis, service improvement planning and reporting and workforce development, both for the Council's Children's Services and across the partnership;
- Engaging service users, including children, young people and their parents, so that their views inform improvements;
- Commissioning services for children and their families, including joint commissioning of health services;

The right interim will lead continuous improvement in services and manage service delivery effectively and efficiently to achieve commensurate improvements in outcomes for children and their families.
