Assistant Digital Experience Manager

I am currently searching for an Assistant Digital Experience Manager to work initially on a contract basis.

Day rate - Negotiable

The role is working with a large Retail organisation in the East Midlands.

I require somebody who can develop end to end customer journeys across all E-commerce requirements.

The role will be supporting and working alongside the Digital Experience Manager and as required; campaigns, development, continuous improvement and optimisation across all territories initially

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

- Experience of working with both internal production teams and digital marketing agencies
- Can demonstrate good use of reports/analysis to plan actions and improvements
- Understands Internet technologies. Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools
- Good communication and excellent team player
- Motivated self-starter with ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM/Paid search
- E-commerce, CX and digital marketing best practice knowledge
- Extensive customer experience or user experience skill set
