- Business Analysis experience
- Project Management skills
- Customer Experience/customer side of change
- Working on complaints analysis/customer experience improvement is highly desirable
- Financial services experience is desirable
- Experience dealing with stakeholders
The successful candidate will act as the key liaison point for customer experience across a range of strategic & tactical activities in the digital channel ensuring the customer viewpoint is correctly taken into account.
