We are looking to recruit an experienced, reliable and dedicated Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager who can bring flair and vibrance to the running of The Mere Golf Resort & Spa's events, this could be boardroom meeting for 4 right through to a wedding with 550 guests
The Role
* Responsibilities of the role will be assisting in the training and development of the C controlling costs and maximising sales opportunities to ensure hotel key targets are met.

* excellent communication skills
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential
