I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Building Surveyor on behalf of a council based in London. This is a contract role that will run for an initial 3 months. The council are currently looking to fill this post on a permanent basis so a good opportunity for anyone looking to secure perm job in the Public Sector.
The council are looking for an ambitious, Building Surveyor Graduate with 2 years hands on experience.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Post graduate or junior surveyor to assist in the delivery of planned maintenance projects for social housing. They must have a sound knowledge of building surveying with regard to housing issues, contract procedures, architectural design and site supervision. Excellent communication, project management and team skills required.
