Assistant - part time - 40% wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:

- Advanced scientific/medical education or similar knowledge
- Solid knowledge of current office technologies like SAP and Windows
- Ability to multi-task in a complex environment
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

Your tasks:

- Administrative management support in the daily business
- Organizing and managing of the office including ad - hoc assisting to team members
- Logistical preparing of meetings, events and workshops
- Coordinating and archiving of documentation
- Creating of purchase orders, tracking budget movements and reporting on budget spend
- Creating and updating calendar with internal and external events
