Assistant wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Commercial training (Swiss Association of Commercial Employees, business school) or equivalent with at least 4 years' experience within a pharmaceutical company
- Working experience within an administrative position or additional career training
- Excellent administrative skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, knowledge in another language is advantageous
YOUR TASKS:
- Responsible for general administrative tasks and processes (eg writing of correspondence, preparing a draft for a presentation or a table after basic instructions, etc.)
- Taking care of target/actual comparisons, budget, checking of invoices, deputizing for administrative staff, meeting preparation and writing of simple minutes
- Informing, advising and supporting the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department
- Assisting in the optimization of current processes and/or introduction of new or modified processes
- Ensuring a smooth adjustment to the job of new employees in the own area of responsibility and taking over supervising for colleagues in the administrative area
