ASSET SERVICING ANALYST - INVESTMENT BANKING

My client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank, is looking for an Asset Servicing Analyst to join on a contract basis, to sit within their Client Services team. The team is made up of Corporate Action and Income subject matter experts, who have a strong proven skill set in Client Service and Relationship Management.

FUNCTION OF ROLE:

- Maintain Query Management Excellence.
- Build robust Relationships with clients and stakeholders alike
- Conflict Management and Resolution
- Achieve flawless client service delivery, surpassing clients/stakeholder expectations at all opportunities
- Rigorously maintain all BAS controls, procedures, and Metrics
- Uphold the firm's values in all interactions/responsibilities
- Create client, business aligned presentation material
- Conceive and share new service offering/control ideas, that may add value to the BAS offering or improve underlying Asset Servicing performance
- Maintain strong and mutually beneficial relationships with Asset Servicing and Tax.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own and Resolve Equity/Synthetic/Debt, Corporate Action, Income and Tax, E-mail and Telephone queries.
- Maintain BAS Query, Root Cause, and Reporting Metrics.
- Maintain all BAS controls and end of day checks/handovers.
- Produce and distribute weekly BAS Reporting.
- Effective Problem solving to maintain good client/stakeholder relationships.
- Create and provide solutions for clients/stakeholders that balance the short and long term
- Host, and minute, Monthly relationship management calls with the firm's top tier Lending Counterparties
- Effective management of client/stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with Global BAS team members to ensure Global consistency and client service vision.
