Asset Management Operations - Change Manager

A major global asset management firm are undertaking a number of strategic initiatives within their Middle Office function and have a fantastic opportunity for a change manager to both drive strategic change and deputise for the head of Middle Office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the asset management arm of a large, complex global banking organisation, undertaking full life cycle change management and delivery covering multiple Middle Office functions including OTC derivatives transaction reporting, reconciliations, swap validation, collateral reporting, central clearing of OTC derivatives and EMIR regulatory reporting. The role will involve hands on business analysis and project management and will have line management responsibilities.

This is ideally suited to an ex-line asset management operations professional, preferably with some investment banking experience but predominantly from asset management, with 4+ years projects experience.

You should apply for this role if you have:

- 8+ years asset management experience in operations and/or projects
- 3+ years project management experience with some business analysis skills
- Knowledge of front to back asset management/fund management
- Knowledge of FundManager and/or Charles River
- Investment banking experience beneficial but not required
- Strong excel skills
- Knowledge of EMIR/Dodd Frank or Transaction reporting beneficial
- BSc educated or higher from a leading academic institution

This is permanent role compensated at £80,000 - £90,000 + bonus + benefits based in London
