ASSET MANAGEMENT ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT

GOALS

- Analyze the potential risks that the Asset Management unit would be facing in case of disruption/outage of the financial markets infrastructure and prepare recommendations to avoid, reduce or transfer any identified risk.
- Increase overall resilience of the Asset Management business unit in the possible event of disruption of financial markets (eg due to cyber or terrorist attack, electricity outage etc).
- Consult Asset Management IT regarding Cyber Risk

TASKS

- Perform a complete assessment of how AM systems are linked to global financial markets infrastructure (eg banks, exchanges, market data providers, payment systems, online trading platforms etc.)
- Perform interviews with business stakeholders and IT owners to understand impact on AM business
- Identify and assess threats and recommend necessary changes to enhance business resilience during a potential disruption of financial markets
- Drive a Cyber Risk initiative to make Asset Management more secure against any potential digital threats.

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong and proven understanding of enterprise architecture within a financial services company
- Very strong understanding of asset management and financial markets from IT landscape perspective
- Expert know-how in Cyber Risk topics
- Very good know-how around systems supporting financial markets (trading systems, settlements/payments/reconciliation systems etc.)
