Are you looking to progress your career in a FTSE100 organisation? Our Asset Data Management team are recruiting for a Update Technician to develop your understanding of our company assets and the process of creating and maintaining them.

About the role

You will be apart of the Asset Data Management team who are an integral part of day to day operations within Severn Trent Water. You will source, govern, update and provide information on our above and under ground assets so that internal data users and external customers, contractors and suppliers can perform their activities on and around our network and sites.

A key part of this role is to use quality assurance process to check completed data change request against standards so therefore attention to detail is extremely important.

Please note, this is a 6 month FTC initially.

About you

Ideally you will have process or technical knowledge of Water Production, Sewage Treatment, Distribution or Sewerage assets however this is not essential.

You will have experience or awareness of updating and maintaining a Company asset register and ideally experience of reading, interpreting process and instrumentation diagrams associated with water/waste water treatment processes.
