Assemblers Job

Yoh has three (3) month plus contract opportunities for (2) ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS -one for first shift and one for fourth shift to join our client-Applied Materials/Varian in Gloucester, MA. First Shift is 7amto 3:30pm Monday through Friday, 5 days a week and fourth shift is Saturday and Sunday 7am - 7pm, with 1 day during the week 7am - 7pm, will work 3 days

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform a wide variety of routine and non-routine electrical/mechanical assembly operations including installation of power distribution cables, harnesses and components.
- Follows work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering specifications, sketches, and written and/or verbal instructions to build electro-mechanical and or pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies and components.
- Automotive experience is very desirable

Job Qualifications:

- Must be able to meet physical requirements of job.
- Adherence to safety guidelines and Lean initiatives. Minimal supervision.
- Must be a team player with good communication skills and flexibility in accomplishing tasks.
- Responsible for maintaining timely accurate records and logs. Basic computer skills necessary.
- Will consider candidates with automotive experience
