Projektbeschreibung
ASR 5K ENGINEERS REQUIRED TO JOIN GLOBAL BLUE CHIP.
The Focus of this position is Mobility Core Networking and the primary function is to apply substantial knowledge of 3G UMTS core networks and/or packet switched core networks in an LTE environment. The engineer will provide signalling over IP support to the end customer's network. Knowledge of IP Networking routing protocols is required.
A great deal of customer interaction is expected. This is a regular, Full time opportunity, well suited for an ASR 5K qualified, mobility core network engineer, 3G, UMTS or LTE.
EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates who have previously worked as a UMTS or LTE Integration Engineer, TAC Engineer or Network Support Engineer will easily transition to the assignment
- Experience as a packet switched core network engineer with a carrier other service provider is a strong plus
- Core network integration, deployment experience with Ericsson, Nortel, Nokia, ALU, Huawei etc
- Relevant job experience with a Telecom Carrier or Service Provider support organization
TECHNICAL SKILLSREQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a solid understanding of the ASR 5000 hardware, provisioning and protocols
- Must possess proficiency with 3G, UMTS Packet Switched Core or LTE protocols
- Must demonstrate proficiency with theory and application of IP Networking Fundamentals
- Strong knowledgeof SS7 protocols
- Ability to analyze suggest improvements to both IP and Legacy based networks
OTHER SKILLS:
- Ability to provide specialized technical support in one or more areas, and to proactively share knowledge and learning with the global team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational ability and time management skills
- Positive thinker, confident, presentable, enthusiastic, resilient, and team player
- A service oriented personality, with a strong drive towards customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently, even under high stress levels and internal/external pressure.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
