LOCATION: N. ATLANTA

Need a QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTER to complement the existing QA Support Team. The team's role is to test software for existing and new applications and provide production support to the end users. 

Position involves testing .net - web based applications which interface with existing Legacy application running on DB2 on AS400 and SQL.

Candidate needs the ability to work independently, create test plans from requirements or use cases, execute and communicate results (written and verbal) and ensure quality of product before implementation.

Prefer only to receive candidates who can start immediately.

- SOFTWARE TESTING EXPERIENCE IN AS 400 GREEN SCREENS IS A MUST
- Ability to use software development procedures to verify that program functions according to user requirements
- Ability to create and execute test plans
- Ability to observe computer screen and use of query functions during project testing to detect errors
- Ability to write end user documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work within a diverse team environment
- Ability to handle CHANGE and work assignments dynamically to achieve results
- Ability to work independently and meet timelines
- Test Automation - Quality Center - Test Bench experience a plus
- Software testing experience in AS 400 Green Screens
