Due to expanding success Capita have a number of opportunities to join our successful team based in the National Recruitment Centre in Upavon.

Staffed by military and civilian personnel, the National Recruitment Centre (NRC) at Upavon delivers the entire process for the attraction and recruitment of soldiers and officers to the Regular and Territorial Army.

As a Team Leader within the Recruiting Team and based from the NRC you will be responsible for a team of approximately 10 Candidate Support Managers whose job it is to support candidates through their personal recruitment journey into the Army.

Our Team Leaders ensure their teams have the focus, skills and motivation to consistently achieve the quality and quantity targets for their given section.

Successful applicants will have demonstrable experience leading a team within a process and target driven environment.

Essential Skills

* Experience of coaching and managing staff
* Experience of performance management/Goal setting

Desirable/Advantageous experience

* Recruiting experience
* Experience/knowledge of Military Recruitment

It would be extremely advantageous if candidates have a managerial recruitment background.

Additionally knowledge of Army careers and a familiarity with the way the Army operates possibly derived from a military background or family links would also be useful but not essential.
