ARIS CONSULTANT (CONTROLLED CONTENT LIFE CYCLE, APG SOLUTION)

The ARIS Consultant will have deep knowledge of the Global Process Framework and Process Architecture. The candidate manages the Framework configuration and deployment in ARIS, this means responsibility for ARIS Filter and Template management. You will makes sure requirements are translated to the application design, prerequisite skills include strong administrative skills and basic knowledge of ARIS Scripting languages. The Aris Consultant delivers this with excellent communications to main stakeholders

ARIS USER MANAGEMENT

- Maintenance (add/delete) of users into the various ARIS databases
- Establishes groups and maintains user privileges for the group
- Maintains users and user groups

ARIS APPLICATION MAINTENANCE

- Risk & Compliance: gathers functional OCD evidence material
- Risk & Compliance: ensures that OCD remains up-to-date
- Incident management: perform incident investigation activities according ITSM processes
- Incident management: provide functional application support and incident resolution for all ARIS modules and Applications in scope
- Problem management: perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents
- Timely completion of ARIS based operational and support activities
