ARIS BUSINESS PROCESS DESIGNER

TRAVEL REQUIRED

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conducting stakeholder Workshops
- Process Analysis using Lean Six Sigma Methodologies to identify Improvement Opportunities
- Process design leveraging ARIS tool sets
- Liaise with the functional/business team on the functional specifications gathered for Business Processes
- Analyze and Identify the gap between the modelled AS-IS Processes for Business and the functional specifications
- Redesign the AS-IS processes in the ARIS Business Process Designer
- Set up a governance in place for the process design changes in ARIS
- Identify new metrics to measure the performance of the processes based on the changes made along with frequency
- Create detailed Business Process Document with process explanation, role responsibilities and detailed process flows from high level to up to level 4 processes, metrics per process, advantages and methods to measure with frequency.
