My transport client based in Neath are urgently looking for a contract Area Technician for 4 months running until the end of February. The role will include some health and safety admin support, some admin processing and some database updating, as well as some use of AutoCAD to create diversion plans.

Essential:
- HNC in Civil Engineering or similar
- Experience in Highway Maintenance and Inspection
- Knowledge of the relevant legislation and regulations
- You will be required to drive

Desirable:
- The client is looking for an Area Technician who has knowledge of the Assembly's TRAMS and PMS operating systems
- AutoCAD experience

The hourly rate is initially £10.47 per hour for the first 12 weeks, the rate then rises to £13.40 per hour.CPS Group (UK) Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
