Architectural Assistant (Part 2)

Eden Brown are currently recruiting for an Architectural Assistant (Part 2 qualified) to work with a lovely studio based in Mayfair, and specialising in luxury residential projects.

Our client is a boutique studio that has been trading for over 30 years, exclusively on the homes of very high-net worth individuals, and usually on Listed or Grade 1-2 buildings. In addition to a bright studio, they also have a showroom for their interior design products and furniture that they design (and have made up in their own workshop). This is not your average studio and they take a deliberately holistic approach to their design and to their clients.

Already with a busy workload, the studio's forward pipeline of projects is really strong and as such they need to recruit for an architectural assistant that already has experience of this sector. This is a role where you would work directly with the main director of the studio, and is a great chance to learn from a respected and award-winning designer. You will have the chance to work across all project stages giving a good variety to your day, but equally will also thus need to have a rounded background of design and construction documentation in your portfolio. Key to success here, is experience working in the UK luxury residential sector, good autocad skills and a passion for precise and detailed delivery.
