Architect - 6 to 12 Month Contract - Kilmarnock

Our public sector client has a fantastic opportunity for an Architect looking at the delivery of new build schools, new office developments, major refurbishment and alterations to existing facilities.

Desirable Experience:

* 3D CAD Training
* Formal Architectural qualification
* CDM Regulation knowledge or experience
* Working experience on computer aided design in respect of a diverse range of construction projects
* Delivery of high quality architectural services within budget and on time from inception through design and production information, contract procurement, project planning and site operations
* Management of employees and co-ordination of workload
* Preparation of contract documentation/specifications for projects subject to EU Procurement.
* Experience with Term Contracts
* Knowledge of building maintenance regimes
* Understanding of Best Value arrangements delivered in an innovative and forward thinking way
* Previous experience of public sector projects such as School builds.
