Architect

Eden Brown is currently looking for an Architect with a background in residential nursing homes for a six month contract.

Our client is a local authority which has a busy pipeline of work through 2014/15. Focusing mainly on a variety of projects within the residential care home sector. These vary from new build day-centres to extensions on existing nursing homes. Some of which are part of larger, mixed-use schemes. As such they are looking to hire an experienced Project Architect who has delivered a previous projects in the care and nursing home sector, to UK building regulations. The schemes cover the whole project life cycle, so applicants should have a similarly broad background in both design and technical delivery as well as managing external consultants, stakeholder liaison, NBS writing and recent site experience.

This is an interesting and varied role that will not only provide different challenges but will also have a real impact on the quality of life in the local region.
