Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Role:

Project work to help reconcile invoicing and receipts for specific clients; liaising with clients, the team and colleagues in the finance shared service centre.

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

. Analyse invoice and receipt data to correctly allocate receipts to sales invoices

. Work with the finance shared service centre to ensure that customer invoicing is accurate

. Liaise with clients to confirm payment dates for outstanding debt and managing the escalation procedure for overdue invoices alongside finance

. Compile accurate management reporting information as required

. Drive continuous improvement efficiencies and help to define ongoing processes

. Strong organisation, prioritisation, stakeholder management and planning skills

. Experience of managing cash collection and allocation

. Good communication and problem solving abilities

. Accuracy and attention to detail

. Confident with the use of Microsoft Excel

. Experience in online gambling not a pre/requisite
