FOR OUR LIFE SCIENCE CLIENT IN SWITZERLAND, WE ARE SEEKING AN ACCOUNTANT

JOB TITLE: AR ACCOUNTANT

START DATE: ASAP

END DATE: 31/12/2016, WITH POTENTIAL EXTENSIONS AVAILABLE

LOCATION: FRIBOURG, SWITZERLAND

LANGUAGE: ENGLISH & FRENCH

YOUR ROLE:

- Booking and allocation of all payments of 3rd party and Intercompany) customers
- Preparation of Month-End AR reconciliation files
- Booking Netting transactions
- Preparation and reconciliation of ICR mismatch reconciliation
- Preparation of manual invoices (incl. Royalties) and ad hoc credit notes
- Assist in Cash collection with Credit Management
- Bad debt and aging management
- Recharging of freight costs recharges to the Group Companies
- Responsible for performing monthly AR Cut off activities
- Prepare monthly as well as ad hoc reports
- Update StreamServe address list in SAP
- AR Subject Matter Expert and SAP contact for ongoing Legal Entity Consolidation Project
- Creation and follow up of any AR issues to GCC Team
- Initiate and support system changes (enhancements forms)

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION (MINIMUM/DESIRABLE): Swiss Business Education (Kaufmännische Ausbildung or similar)

EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of experience in a finance environment, preferably in Accounts Receivable department.

ACCOUNTING EXPERTISE: ICalternative market rates are also welcome.
