As the Applications Support Engineer in the you will directly help support solutions in stores around the world.

-

Work across-functional team of onshore/offshore resources
-

Analyze and solve large and complex application support incidents/problems to completion.
-

Work as a liaison with other engineering teams within the company and outside vendors.
-

Interact with team both onshore and offshore.
-

From time to time participate in the execution of audits like PCI & SOX.
-

Advocate new technologies or solutions within and outside of the team.
