I have a fantastic opportunity working for a small software company inBracknellthat provides innovative software solutions. You will provide mobile application and product support to customers.

You will work very closely with software developers and support customers with various mobile application installations, implementation and delivery of the product suite. Training will be provided on the product. You will also support software customisation and pre and post sales to all customers across theUK.

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of mobile applications, hand held devices, android, IOS, blackberry, PDA
- Good customer facing and soft skills
- Flexibility/ ability to work and travel across theUK
- Pre / Post Sales experience
- Experience in supporting customers
- Experience in implementation and installations
- Knowledge of software customisation

Desirable

- Linux knowledge
- MySQL
- JavaScript
