On the first day of starting you will meet and lead a team of 4 developers and DBA's and will be given the challenge of delivering high level MIS reporting solutions using Cognos BI Tools?
A full Programme of work with then start afterwards which includes, replacing the Payroll systems, replacing HR systems, implementing Web Solutions, E-Commerce solutions, Barcode applications etc.
The aim is towards a standardised platform for core management information looking at sales and finance in particular on a international scale.
You will ideally be someone who can spend 20% hands on and 80% on the management side to run the Applications team, analyse, link with the business and project plan in terms of budget/forecasting this initiative.
