Applications Development Support - Indefinite Contract

Application Support Engineer needed for an indefinite long term contract located near Camp Creek Parkway/South Fulton Parkway and I-285. Are you an early riser who would welcome working 7AM - 4PM and no over time? We have the position for you! This is a developer support position supporting several Document imaging based applications within a large financial organization. Applications include remittance processing, exports and scanning equipment, and a customized payment processing system.

Diverse duties will keep you challenged! This position is 75% support with 15% development. You will also perform application testing and work with various databases (SQL and Oracle).

TECHNICAL SKILLS NEEDED in order of importance:

- C# .NET framework ( junior level development)
- VB (entry level)
- SQL (junior level)
- Visual Studio ( entry level)
- VBScript (entry level)

REQUIRED

- Previous application support experience
- Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a production environment
- Experience supporting enterprise systems

PREFERRED SKILS:

- Experience working with data capture of forms
- Experience working with imaging systems that perform OCR, ICR, KFI, etc.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Experience working with TOAD client utility
