Application Test Coordinator - Data Center Migration

Yoh has a contract to hire opportunity for an APPLICATION TEST COORDINATOR - DATA CENTER MIGRATION in King of Prussia, PA. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a large migration that will make an impact on the business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and coordinate testing effort needed to ensure applications are tested both from a functional and technical point of view when they migrate to the European data center.
- Draft a Master Plan that details; Testing approach, Test scope, Risks & constraints, Quality controls, Acceptance criteria, and Relevant business & IT stakeholders required for testing.
- Manage and ensure the execution of IT testing activities, according to valid test procedures, methods and defined regulations.
- Work with Business stakeholders, Business application owners and functional and technical application owners to determine the most optimal test plan.
- Identify detailed test scripts as part of the migration runbooks.
- Draft the detailed test plans for every application in the migration.
- Coordinate test effort with the migration team AND the key users performing the acceptance testing.
- Deliver test reports that demonstrate successful migration of applications to upper management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor degree and more than 10 years of relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of business and IT processes
- Excellent knowledge of test methods (eg TMAP)
- Good process management skills
- Good understanding of functional analyses of applications, identifying key functional areas
- Experience in international corporate environments of 5000+ users
- Experience with Data Center moves is a big plus
- Excellent communicator with internal customers and stakeholders
- Administrative skills (meeting notes, reporting, project administration)
