CONTRACT: 6 MONTHS
NOTE:DUTCH SPEAKING CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED
To lead 24*7 support to client with co-ordination of onsite and offshore team members to ensure module deliverables are met as per the client requirements.
(1.) To document new learning's and processes and internally sharing those with the team members for their development.
(2.) To co-ordinate and assign work between onsite and offshore team members based on the new/open issues for timely and successful closure
(3.) To generate value Ideas| arranging sessions like KT| trainings| etc. for enhancing customer satisfaction.
(4.) To provide support for critical business processes in the module/s assigned.
(5.) To report team progress and status to Client leads
