Application Support/Service Delivery Lead - AVP

A leading Investment Bank is seeking an Application Support Team Leader to join their Multi-Asset IT Operations team. This opportunity is based in their London offices, directly managing a team of 3 Support Analysts, and having functional responsibility for a further 8 people in global locations. You will be required to take ownership of Service Delivery for the area too. This will involve ownership, management and implementation of all Service Management processes for the team (Incident, Problem, Capacity, Service Level and Change Management). You must have experience as an Application Support Team Lead/Manager with some experience of Service Delivery Management for another Investment Bank. This is a technical role so you must possess a working knowledge of the following: SQL - MSSQL, Sybase, Oracle Windows/Linux Microsoft Office Applications Understanding of ITIL is advantageous as is knowledge of operations/back office processes.
