Application Support Officer (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
IT Europe, as Regional Entity, has as mission:
o Accompany CIB European territories in their daily production monitoring
o Support local entities with the installation of the new versions or functions of standard applications
o Adapting applications in scope according to the specific needs of the different sites in the context of regulations or specific customer requests.
o Ensure the coordination with the Maîtrises d'Ouvrage and the central Functions of the project involving branches in Europe
o Represent the interests of local entities within the central projects

Function Description
o Prepare test environments
o Run environments to deploy new applications versions or interfaces
o Support delivery to production
o Study, Specify, Estimate cost for new developments
o Perform development
o Production incident and bug analysis
o Production monitoring
o Night on-call service for production follow-up
o On-call service for production support
o Potential travels to France or in Europe

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in IT

Languages Requirement
French Good
English Fluent

Experience
3 years of experience with similar position.
