Application Support Engineer

*APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER NEEDED*

This role will support data integration and tool support to manage subsidiary workers and contingent workers.

This role will provide technical support for HR enterprise applications. Role includes troubleshooting issues, creating and updating technical documentation, working with others find and fix issues, and may include application and process testing for new releases. Based on skills, some design and process work may be available as well. We are looking for somebody with experience supporting enterprise applications with larger user base (over 500 people). Experience with troubleshooting, technical documentation, and issue management are required. A least 5 years' experience in a technical support role is required to be considered for this job.

SKILLS

- MS SQL Server Basic
- TECHNICAL SUPPORT Advanced
- TESTING Intermediate

EXPERIENCE

- 5 years of total work experience
- Basic SQL querying skills
- Solid troubleshooting and analysis skills
- Experience with supporting enterprise applications required
