Application Support Engineer required by a global leader in life sciences to provide application support to global CRM users on a long term contract basis in Madrid, Spain.
Position Overview:
Implements, troubleshoots and maintains service quality for applications to support Global CRM software users. Supporting the established Competence Centre which is responsible for coordinating and managing application 2nd level support activities and projects to implement additional countries.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Handle standard Service Requests: incidents and change requests
* Ensure that all requests addressed by application users are handled according to agreed SLAs.
* Ensure compliance during operation and maintenance of the application during its operational life.
* Provide user support and guidance to customers through consulting, teaching and publication of documentation for different processes globally.
* Monitors and tracks the progress of issue resolution. Analyze error/fault messages and questions. Answer questions, clear faults, propose solutions and/or arrange
Experience Required:
* 1 - 2 years experience in CRM and other relevant software such as SFA and ETMS
* Basic knowledge of ITIL polices
* Good command of English is a must (nice to have: Spanish)
* General application support for second level issues and change management skills
* Ability to adapt to Quality Management procedures
* Good knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry and/or sales processes
