Application Support - Calypso - Paris

APPLICATION SUPPORT CALYPSO CONTRACT - FRENCH SPEAKING

Our client is a major Financial Services Banking organisation.
For their Paris based office, they have a fantastic opportunity for an APPLICATION SUPPORT CALYPSO professional.
As a support analyst you will have a previous experience supporting Business Technology applications in either a Unix or Windows environment.
Ideally you will have come from a Production Support or Financial Markets Business Analyst background.
You need to have a solid understanding of business support functions from Front Office to Back Office.
The candidate will have to speak French.

The support Analyst will be responsible for:

- Managing support enquiries from business users; principally relating to equities business processes, products and systems (Calypso).
- Analysing and troubleshooting complex business and technical issues to provide stable and reliable service to the business.
- Application configuration and workflow management.
