A GLOBAL COMPANY IN THE MIDST OF RAPID GROWTH REQUIRES APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYSTS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION AND ONGOING SUPPORT FOR 24X7 REAL TIME APPLICATIONS

Based in the inner suburbs and providing free parking, these roles will co-ordinate the implementation of a major application, and provide a Level 3 Help Desk function encompassing application support with some network troubleshooting.

You will be well-suited to this role if you have performed support for software applications customised to meet organisational requirements.

You will be pro-active team player, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON A 24X7 ROSTER.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an application support or operations support role
- Basic network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP & Cisco)
- Familiar with UNIX/Linux commands and Scripting
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
