IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Application Development & Support
-Daily 3rd line application incident and troubleshooting
-Supporting the operating system MDS (FileMaker based solution)
-Issuing scripting guidelines
-Coordinating the follow-up of compliance and security of the applications
-Work independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity
-Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability
-Partner with business community/Vendors to solve complex problems and/or improve existing processes
-Develop and maintain the support documentation for all related subjects
-Perform basic analysis, design, implementation & maintenance activities under minimal direction
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience
-Advanced skills in FileMaker and/or SQL needed
-Good knowledge in SAP MM
-Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
-Very good language skills in English, spoken and written
-Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
-Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
-Quick learner, motivated self-starter
-Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
-Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
