Application Support Analyst Dutch Speaking
Responsibilities
Provide L1 support to (key-)users and L2 support for a subset of applications.
Partner with business community and L3 stakeholders (internal IT teams and suppliers) to coordinate resolution of incidents and changes.
Provide qualification/validation services for IT related peripherals (handheld scanners, label printers, weighing scales)
Ensure IT changes and interventions are conducted in a compliant way.
Develop and maintain the support documentation for all related subjects.
Participate in a standby rotation to provide application support on a 24x7 basis for business critical applications
Qualifications/Competencies
Degree in information technology or computer sciences or proven professional experience
3+ years of experience in IT, preferably in a regulated environment
Strong interest in processes and systems in a manufacturing context.
Broad understanding of technology (infrastructure and applications)
Experience in working in a global environment with remote stakeholders
Solid relationship-building skills, team player with a positive attitude.
Knowledge of the formal System Development Life Cycle methodologies.
Dutch is essential, English strongly preferred.
