Application Support Analyst

APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST - LIVERPOOL - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

One of our key clients is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their applications team on a 6 month contract. Our client is one of the UK's managed service companies and due to growth throughout the company and moving into their brand new offices, they now require the extra support for project work.

As the Application Support Analyst you will be required to manage a define applications, working with 3rd party suppliers and vendors and also supply 3rd line support, such as a background in support is essential.

JOB TITLE: APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST

RATE: £180 - £230PER DAY DOE

LOCATION: LIVERPOOL

START DATE: ASAP

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

*Good technical hands on experience with SQL Server 2008 R2 and 2012

*Experience managing applications on Windows and SQL Server

*Experience working in an ITIL environment

*Experience of Windows server & O/S knowledge

*Proven experience working with SSMS and SQL Profiler

*A background in finance or investment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

*Take ownership and drive solutions forward and provide temporary workarounds and escalating to 3rd parties when required
