Application Support Analyst

One of our key clients is currently seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their team for an initial 3 month contract located at Chatswood.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

- Analysis of existing applications and production trouble-shooting, and perform system problem analysis for all enterprise applications & consult and work with the client/customer to analyse and interpret the client requirements and recommend solutions.
- Experience as a Software Support Analyst or Analyst Programmer
- Demonstrated experience with SQL and an understanding of the Microsoft operating systems
- Proven experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Proven ability to analyse business requirements and user issues and demonstrated experience in managing multi-stakeholders and able to build strong client customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and experience using application development techniques.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Science or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal
- Government experience highly regarded
